My husband has used Metro West quite a few times in the past 11 years. None was as important as the call I just made. I needed to get him in the hospital Monday morning by five. I didn't find out till this morning, which is Saturday @ 11:00. My back was against the wall God Bless the gentleman and especially the lady who helped me. He will be there Monday morning on time (with bells on) lol. Thank you both......

Metro West helps it's employee's dodge child support payments. I'm sure the children won't mind.

I was recommended Metro West for transportation after I was released from the hospital. I continued to use them for the next three months because I needed rides to physical therapy and the doctors office. One time, the driver was an hour late and DID NOT CALL TO INFORM ME. I was lucky that my physical therapist was so lax about it! On two other occasions, they just NEVER SHOWED UP and I had to miss physical therapy altogether. Because of these three instances, I was charged $300 in fines for cancelling my apointments, and then after the third time I was kicked out of my physical therapy altogether! Because of this, this has SERIOUSLY hindered my progress in healing, has screwed me over financially (as if 30 grand in hospital bills wasn't enough!), and may hinder my ability to walk again in the future because I am no longer allowed at physical therapy. THANKS A LOT, METRO WEST.

MetroWest ambulance service is, and will always be third or fourth class ambulance service. Everyone I've talk to(that are in the service) always advise me not to ever work for them. I'll give them credit, I heard good thing about the wheel chair service but anyone can do that. Maybe they should just stick to that.
