I have been going to the Oracle pain clinic for almost three years now since my last back surgery in January 2017. I have meet with the Doctor every month since April of 2017, I have had to wait a few time for my appointment to start. But I have also been the reason others have had to wait as the Doctor has made time to give me a spinal injection when I did not have an appointment. So to anyone who had to wait longer that day please take my apology. Dr. Essandoh has always been very willing to try different things to try and lessen my pain even sending me to other specialists to see if they could help. If you want a Doctor who wants to help you with you pain relief I strongly recommend Dr. Essandoh and his staff at the Oracle Pain Clinic.

Dr. Essondoh is amazing as well as his staff in my humble opinion but how did i get there you ask? I have had severe upper back pain from an industrial accident that occurred when I was 19. I've been in pain management since I was 24 I'm 39 now Ive jumped thru all of the hoops and treatment options, most my life I have been treated horribly by workmans comp and most Dr. during this time, I assume bc I was young. I finally found a really good Dr. In Michigan and seen him for many years but I had to move to columbus for an employment opportunity. I was very reluctant to see any doctors down here bc of the way I have been treated in the past and it took me forever to find a really good Dr even with all my medical documents verifying my injuries. I went back and forth from Michigan to Columbus for three years before I decided to see what and how the pain managment down here would treat me like. One of the first places I went to is Oracle pain management to see Dr. Essandoh. Him and his staff treated me very well. They were able to transfer a treatment plan that worked well for me from my other Dr. Who knew I was very limited when it came to finances and options. I have been a patient of his for I think around 3 yrs now and I honestly wish I would have transferred much sooner than I did. I am always treated very well by his staff and he actually take the time to listen to any questions or concerns I may have while also keeping treatment options open to me. I think Dr. Essandoh is an amazing Dr. and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to any one looking for a great pain management Dr. I love the fact he is a reputable upright honest Dr and anyone who has true chronic pain issues wants to know that thier Drs office is NOT going to be shut down bc of unethical or criminal behavior.

I've been going to Oracle pain clinic for about a year now and other then having to go every month and paying $35.00 a visit the staff are very professional rooms are clean hardly ever there more then an hour from sign in to check out.. Keep up the good work...

Very Clean and Professional Place.

I have visited many clinics in my life time, and I can safely say Oracle Pain Clinic is one of the cleanest, safest and very professional clinic. The staff is wonderful and caring and the Dr. is great. If you are a pain patient and you genuinely need help, then it is the best place to go, however if your intention is to get medications for other bizzare reasons then please don't waste your time, save your money because they will not accept you as a patient. They screen their patients very well to make sure patient who are accepted are genuine patient who need help, off course with such an approach you will certainly have the bad ones writing bad reviews about you but again if you are a good patient who needs pain management it is the go to place.

I went there with having years of back pain and it was so unorganized and dirty I was just thinking I hope I can find a different dr. He had me do a ekg and I found another doctor, the new doctor said they needed an ekg from a more professional medical office, I had no problem with this, I had told oracle this because they wanted there payment for them doing it, just dont waiste your time with this place, I know Iits hard to find a good dr anymore but he's definitely not one

I am a nurse who has had chronic back pain for several years; I fell, injuring my neck one year ago. As someone who has observed doctors, I feel Dr. Essandoh is excellent in his keen ability to focus on each patient in an individual manner and treat their problems individually. He has outstanding expertise in his field, plus he is a physician in the truest sense of the word as he cares for his patients and he is not just out for the $. He also protects his "unblotched career" by not accommodating those who are uncooperative, overly critical, and possibly drug seekers. This doc knows his business. He has worked with his office staff, as they are new and the efficiency and professionalism has progressed as any new business should. Dr. Essandoh's business will grow rapidly and remain undaunted by any criticism of the integrity of his practice. He has very high standards.

As a chronic pain patient, I suffer daily. Needless to say, my life before pain is becoming a long distant memory. It has been a nightmare to say the least to find a good doctor. I thank God every day for Dr. Essandoh and his staff. He is by far the most caring doctor I have ever seen! He actually takes his time EVERY visit and actually sits down and asks you how you are and what he can do to help. Unfortunately sad but true, in adult medicine, doctors just don't do that these days! His staff are amazing as well and the office is very clean. The wait time is 30-45 minutes tops!! I would recommend Dr. Essandoh and his office over ANY other Dr in the state period!!

I was a patient of Dr korby also and do miss him very much, I now go to oracle pain clinic and they have just been great, the staff has been very accomidating and the dr has been awesome. He is very strict with the drugs but nowdays all dr are. He has did 2 sets of injections and they have helped tremendously.

I also was referred by Dr. Korby. I took the day off work and drove over 80 miles only to find out the receptionist did not schedule my appointment in the computer. I left my files and FMLA papers and pleaded with them to notify me if they would not fill them out(because they seemed unaware of what they were) before my next appointment. Explained that I worked in a factory with a very strict occurance policy and I would not be able to keep the appointment unless they were willing to fill out the papers. I went to two appointments and found out the day but before my papers were due that he DID NOT fill out papers like that! Almost made me LOSE MYJOB! I do not find that caring or empathic! BEWARE

I have seen Dr. Essandoh twice within a week. I have a very rare painful type of cancer (myxopapillary ependymoma) and I have pain everyday and will always have pain. I was a Dr. Korby patient and was on so many drugs I could not function. I have had a bad couple months, but for the first time in over two years, I am starting to feel myself again. Dr. Essandoh has spent so much time with me and trying to help me find the right meds so I can enjoy life everyday and feel human. Dr. Essandoh staff is very professional and has showed nothing but kindness. I know that Dr. Essandoh is a great doctor cause I feel like I am coming back life again.

-scheduled appointments are always way behind

-the office never has change for the copay

-the doctor and some of the staff are very hard to understand

-both appointments I have had to remind them to give me back ins cards & ID

-they are unorganized in placing patients in rooms.. for example: (with in the time of one visit) I was in the waiting area, then a room for vitals, then back out to the waiting area, then back into a different room, then to a different room for the actual consultation with the doctor.

-the staff seems inexperienced and unsure of how a doctors office is supposed to work, or how they are supposed to speak professionally.

-if zero stars were an option that's what I would give them on overall experience as far as professionalism.

ME, MY BROTHER IN LAW, AND 2 OF HIS FRIENDS WERE PATIENTS OF DR KORBY, AND WERE REFERRED THERE, HIS FRIENDS BOTH SAID DR ESSANDOH IMMEIATELY WANTED TO CUT THEIR PRESCRIPTIONS IN HALF, AND GET THEM OFF PAIN MEDICATION WHICH THEY DESPERATELY NEED, THOSE 2 REFUSED SERVICE FROM HIM, MY BROTHER WENT IN AND HE TOLD HIM THE SAME THING HE TOLD ME, THAT HE DOSENT FEEL THAT HE CAN HELP YOU OUT, FOR YOU TO FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR



I DONT KNOW WHAT LIES DR ESSANDOH TOLD DR KORBY, BUT HE IS THROWING OUT ALL HIS REFERALS LIKE TRASH, AND COLLECTING THE 1 TIME APPOINTMENT FEE



HE WAS VERY RUDE, WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT MY WIFE AND I WOULD GO TO DINNER 1 TIME A WEEK, AND I WOULD OCCASIONALLY DRINK A BEER OR TWO, HE IMMEDIATELY SAID HE SAW ALL KIND OF PEOPLE DIE FROM DRINKING A BEER, ARE YOU KIDDING ME, IF THAT WERE TRUE, BEER WOULD BE ILLEGAL, AND IF THAT WAS TRUE, I WOULD GLADLY GIVE UP MY 1 BEER A WEEK TO CONTINUE WITH MY MEDICAL TREATMENT THAT I NEED TO SURVIVE EVERY MONTH...DUH, I AM NOT A BIG DRINKER ANYWAYS, BUT LIKE I SAY, WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM GIVING THAT UP IF IT WERE TO CONTINUE MY MUCH NEEDED TREATMENT, BUT HE NEVER EVEN CONSIDERED THAT OPTION, JUST SIMPLY TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO FOR ME, AND FOR ME TO GO ELSEWHERE, THANKS AND GOOD LUCK.... OBVIOUSLY NOT A CARING DOCTOR
