I recently visited this location to pick up a western union, because the one by my house wasn't working.when i arrived i asked the customer service rep. was very rude. i wanted to make sure that the western union was working at this location. instead of being helpful and checking for me the girl was too busy flirting with a co-worker and made a smart remark to me. i guess the workers here only care about themselves, she had no business being in customer service. I guess Terri doesn't care that I will never visit there again. After I left "rude Terri" I went to Giant Eagle down the road and the employee behind the customer service counter was very pleasant and more than willing to help me. If you don't mind bad service and are willing to wait until Terri is finished flirting to be waited on then this store is for you. If you think customer service means putting the customer first I would definetly go some where else. Just a clue for Terri without customers you wouldn't have a job
