Dr. Bernsdorf is a double graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology (1978) and Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1981. He has practiced general family dentistry in Columbus since 1981 and moved to his present office in Hilliard in 1994. A lifetime learner, he is a member of the ADA, Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry and the Seattle Study Club, as well as several other study clubs. He has been married to his wife, Crystal, for 26 years and has three sons, Max, Derek, Zachary, and a miniature schnauzer named, Brewster. He is heavily involved in Linworth Baptist Church and has done four Christian dental missions to Honduras. He uses American Sign Language for the deaf, and also communicates in German and French. He is the chapter house corporation president for his dental fraternity, Psi Omega.
