Aha Process was founded as RFT Publishing Company in 1994 by Dr. Ruby K. Payne. It is a publishing and training company that offers information on poverty and poverty alleviation programs and solutions. It publishes books on dealing with poverty in areas such as education, social services, faith communities and leadership. The company publishes educational resources in the form of books, CDs, audiocassettes, newsletters and e-learning solutions. It develops various school and community programs and organizes national tour workshops that are designed to train on how to work with students facing poverty. It works with school districts, churches, social service groups and businesses to help people understand these issues and conducts more than 200 seminars annually in the United States and Canada. Aha Process is based in Highlands, Texas.
