I scheduled an appointment for my son (9 years) as he was having some back issues. I was charged for an exam over $100 which did not happen. Julian was supposedly aligned but when we were leaving is was evident he was still feeling uncomfortable. His back still felt out to me so we contacted the office and were told to give it time. The next day he was in more pain so we called and were told that we would have to pay for another visit to have him looked at again. Normally i understand this but the pain did not leave and I could feel that his back was out.... so We took him to another chiropractic office later that day and it turned out he has 3 ribs out he was adjusted and feels better.



We have contacted Premier for a refund due to not performing an exam and not adjusting my son correctly. Premier has told us that they can't do a full refund so we went to the point of just wanting the exam refunded and we would pay for the adjustment fee even though it was not done correctly. We were still denied. I would advise everyone to stay away and look for another chiropractic office
