This is an old, cluttered office with stained chairs and unorganized piles all over. They had me come in when I described a neck injury I wanted looked at. When I arrived the doctor indicated that I should cancel my appointment (after I waited for him for 45 mins) and find a more suitable doctor. The whole place seems sketchy....

I have been going to different doctors for over 25 years now for my diabetes. Dr. Ferrer is one of the few who doesn't try to treat me like his medical book tells him to. He actually listens and gives a honest response instead of some general quip. Its refreshing to find a doctor who listens.

I have Cigna insurance and needed a physical. I called this place and woman was very short with me on the phone, which I found strange as I had never been here before. I placed an appointment for the physical at which time she informed me "the doctor does not give physicals on the first appointment." I would have to come in and fill out paperwork AND pay the co-pay as if I had seen the doctor. I found this strange but was in a rush so did not question it. I called back a couple of days later to see if I could fill the paperwork out before I came in and still be able to see the doctor. She said that I could not and gave me a flimsy excuse about how sometimes the doctor would need to recommend a prescription...(what? I don't need a prescription, I need a physcial!) When I questioned why I would have to pay twice and only get to see the doctor once, she became even shorter with me and offered "you can go somewhere else." I guess bilking my insurance for two claims when only one is necessa
