Best carpet cleaning at the best price! Holly is unbelievable and her attention to detail far surpassed any of the other big-name carpet cleaners we’ve used.

Worker rushed thru house & missed a room. When made aware of missing the room, worker/owner did not offer to finish job, even though she was still on-site - instead kept loading up & gave a 10$ discount in lieu of finishing job. *NOTE* i wasnt offered 10$ off vs finishing the job, but 10$ off was only option offered by worker/owner in a "take it or leave it" manner.

It was a 200 $ job that had 5 main rooms. 10$ represented 1/20th of bill , but 1/5th of job was skipped. Called next day to get issue recrified ( also another main issue was that house was rushed thru & overall quality of work was low as cleaner was obviously in a hurry to leave).

Another employee answered call and said the worker ( now revelaed to be main person in charge as well ) would call me back later in day.

No call for 3 days & then a voicemail was left at 9 am from unrecognizable number that worker now explained that her phone had "broken" & additionally her phone wasnt scheduled to be usable until next day ( no explanation on why she allegedley had no other phone available to her use ). She then said she would call following afternoon when her personal phone was "out of repair". Was instructed that she would not be reachable at number she was leaving voicemail from as well.

It has been over 2 months since that voicemail was left and no call back has ever occurred.

On top of everything else , we scheduled service during a well advertised promotion time in which a 25$ pet pretreatment fee was to be waived. Upon further inspection of receipt, this fee was charged.

Overall horrific experience.

We hired Carrington Carpet Care to clean the carpets in a rental home we were vacating. I'd used a Rug Doctor about eight months prior, but we wanted to be sure to get our deposit back and thought having it done professionally would be better than doing it ourselves. Holly came to do the job on Friday, May 29. We left for about an hour and when we returned, she was gone. We entered the house, eager to see the results, and....other than a damp smell and tracks on the carpet, it DIDN'T LOOK ANY DIFFERENT! We thought, well, it will probably look a lot better once it dries...NOPE. The stairs were uniformly gray and the traffic patterns were still completely visible. We called Holly and she said she'd be back over to see what we could do. No call back. We called again ( by now we were at our new address, and the landlord was screeching about the carpet) and told her that we would run over to the house any time she got an opportunity. We never heard from her again. We're going to have to pay the landlord to clean the carpet again. I had to file a merchant dispute at my bank...remember this option if you have the same luck we did with Carrington Carpet Care.

Our rental townhome carpet, which is only one year old, was cleaned by Carrington Carpet Care, by Holly (the owner) herself, and the "cleaning" was so bad that we had to hire a second company to come in and thoroughly clean the carpet afterwards. There was a huge amount of pet hair left in the carpet after Carrington's "cleaning" that the second carpet service had to replace a pad in their cleaning equipment halfway through the re-cleaning because it was so full of pet hair that Carrington had missed. Holly refused to return our phone calls to advise her of the problem, and also apparently didn't feel she owed us a refund or even an apology for the poor service. Don't waste your money by hiring this company!

I have used Carrington Carpet Care for 5 years now and each time I find that Holly is super quick, efficient and gets out all of our dog stains. Holly has high energy and gets in and out!! Great job, Carrington!

I am surprised by the negative reviews on here. My family has used Carrington Carpet Care at least 4 times within the last year. Our carpets gets really filthy due to 2 active boys tracking in dirt and a dog to add to that. Each time the service technician has come to our home, they have been able to get ALL the reasonable stains out and leave the carpets CLEAN! Each appointment has come with a reminder email the day before and the technician calls before they arrive at your home. The technician is always on time and very professional and courteous of your home and belongings. The prices are more than reasonable and the results are outstanding! We are very pleased with Carrington Carpets and won't use anyone else. Give them a try and judge for yourself!

I needed to have my carpets cleaned, and Holly was able to come out the very next day. She showed up on time, was very nice, very professional, and did an excellent job on the house. I'll be calling her again soon for the carpets!

Holly, the owner showed up to clean our carpets and she was in a rush to get in and out. It was apparent her goal was to get the job done quickly and the poor quality job she left us with was the result of it. Seemed her main goal was to get to the next job and collect another $155.00 from the next unsuspecting customer. Our carpets were not very dirty as there are just two of living here and we do not have any pets. We had a small areas in front of two chairs that needed extra cleaning along with a small walkway from the master bedroom to the master bathroom. Other than that the rest of the carpet did not need any special attention. Holly was in and out in an hour or less and that included her set up time for the equipment. After she left and the carpet dried the area in front of the chairs and the walkway to the bath looked the same as they did before she came, still soiled. I would not recommend them to anyone, pay a little more to a company that puts quality above just being in a hurry getting on to the next job. I could,have done a better job in front of the two chairs with a spot cleaner. Very disappointing for sure.

There's a reason that Carrington Carpet Care is priced so low...they don't do a very good job. Holly (the owner) was in and out of my house in less than an hour...it's not very big, but it's not small either, and I have two flights of stairs. There are still spots, my carpet is still damp even 12 hours later (on a hot day with every window open and every fan running), and the floor feels sticky. I discovered after she had left that she cleaned around my furniture instead of cleaning under it and setting it on blocks as I have experienced with other cleaners. I had requested that a chair be cleaned, but she didn't have the correct attachment. Thankfully, I was not charged for the chair. Overall it looks ok, but the job done does not meet my expectations, and I was left disappointed. If you want carpets that look, feel and smell clean, this is not the company for you.

I see the same complaints that I have in other reviews. Holly was extremely rushed, even claimed several times that she might have to leave and come back another time, even though I'd had an appointment for more than 2 weeks. The job she did was terrible, leaving high traffic areas streaked and stains barely touched. When I called asking for a re-clean, she said she'd normally be happy to but she couldn't fit me into her schedule for a month, and that she would either return or destroy my check instead. I discovered the check had been cashed the next day. Will call ZeroRes or Steam Pro to re-clean, as they've never had a problem getting my carpet clean on the first visit.

I got a special flyer in my community magazine and decided I would give carrinton carpet a try. Even though I have been using a very good carpet service in the past the special sounded great! We do our carpets about twice a year. When I called I was told that the 155.00 deal was through the end of the month but they had already filled all the appointments for that price. Why advertise a price that you are not willing to give customers. It leaves people feeling negative about your buisness! Luckily I called steam wave carpet cleaners, I talked to clay and he gave me your special price. He does a amazing job and I will continue to give him my buisness from here on out. You lost out on a good customer due to poor buisness practices. I told all my family and friends too!!

We have used Carrington Carpet Cleaning Service for years. Holly was out yesterday and did a wonderful job! She has always been able to get out our stains.

Did not clean up in cornors or pretreat stains as advertised.Seemed rushed to get through job and go onto next one instead of focusing on doing what I was paying her for.

Five weeks ago, Carrington came to clean my carpet throughout the entire house. However, while she was cleaning the carpet, she admitted she couldn't remove the coffee stains in the family room or living room nor the steps clean. Carpet three years old and vacuumed two-three times a week average. She seemed in a hurry to leave. Sick that the carpet was still in need of cleaning, I called Zerorez and, today, they removed all the stains and the carpet never looked better. Why couldn't your representative do the same? She charged me $250 and I received no service.
