“We lost our water on Sunday and could not reach our regular plumber. I searched online and found National Water Service along with several other companies. I based my decision to select them based on their customer reviews. My initial contact with Dave was met with an eagerness to help try and restore our water ASAP. Our system is electronic and he guided me through some procedures to attempt a “reset” over the phone ( BTW all done without getting $$ upfront) After several attempts it appeared that the mechanical pump and/or the control unit may have failed and they would have to schedule the repair for the next day as it was 6PM Sunday evening and the pump in my system was not a common pump and had to be picked up at a warehouse. They arrived Monday with the pump and controller but took the time to troubleshoot and diagnose the root cause (rather then just replace the pump and controller. ) The pump was tested and verified bad. Daniel and crew proceeded to replace the pump, tested the system after repair and cleaned up all work areas. He also made sure our lines were clear of mud/dirt/minerals that are often an issue after a well pump failure. All of my interaction from initial contact to the crew installing our pump were polite, professional and empathetic (a rare combination these days!) National Water Service will be our first call whenever we have a plumbing need in the future. "

Excellent Service, trustworthy and dependable. Very organized service provider. We had a leak in the water filtration system causing water spill. Matt explained the options to stop the leak and was able to schedule the technician to come and fix the leak in very short time. Was able to send email with pics and, received automated text/email messages for appointment, during technician's dispatch and job completion in timely manner. These kept us informed of service which was helpful.
The Technician Pat was courteous, knowledgeable, organized and ensured the site was clean before leaving. He fixed the leak and during the system service, tested for drinking water and provided/explained the results. He also explained the particulars of filtration system and how it worked, which helped us change some setting to suit our requirements. The charges were also accurate based on service provided. I would recommend NWS.

National Water Service techs came out to out property to service (annually) our UV disinfection and filtration systems. They had all the right parts and enough filters to leave me with enough to keep our water clean until well beyond the next service

Excellent company very through, professional and friendly. They even called in advance to let me know how long it would be before they arrive which is great love not having to wait around wondering. Highly recommended!

We recently contacted NWS when our water pressure tank was leaking. Looking closer, it was really about to rupture. NWS came out on Saturday and prevented an imminent disaster. Since then we have replace our water filtration system and now have better water pressure than we have had in 20 years.

All of the people at NWS are friendly, responsive, and most importantly, highly competent. I could not recommend them more.

What a positive surprise to have very professional, honest, good technicians taking care of our well pump on time so we get back our normal functions. exceptionally good people and would recommend them any day any time. every step was explained with good knowledge and no pressure.

Fantastic Service, I had no water pressure, nothing coming out of the faucets. They got my call at 7:45 AM and everything was working by lunchtime.
The bill was surprisingly reasonable

We have had our system for about 3 years and are very happy with the service and professionalism of everyone involved.

National Water installed a new Reverse Osmosis (RO) system in my home last week. They were professional, showed up on time, were very easy to work with and the price was right! I could immediately tell the difference between my tap water, which has this metallic/chemical taste to it and the RO water, which was clean, fresh and reminded me of the water I had as a child. Even my 15 year old dog, who is suffering from bladder cancer, and refuses to drink water much anymore, drank an entire bowl of the RO water almost immediately. I highly recommend National Water for their experience, reliability and quality of their products and work! I love my new Water Treatment System!

The service is timely, friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. My softener system service was completed quickly and the gentleman provided a lot of good tips/recommendations for us.
