It's a shame people come on these sights and bash a buisness just because they have one bad experience. Arrenellos is a good pizza place and this should be a place to give a creditable review not just a angry place to vent. Shame on the bad reviewers!

Having grown up with this restaurant in Glenwood, Illinois, I decided to get a carry out order and allow some for lunch the next day. No sense contacting Richard Matokar since they don't like to hear the negative, but meal pretty much is going in the trash. Beef sandwich, called kev's beef was so salty it was almost inedible. Beef was overpowered by the saltiness. Chicken wings, so cloying with sauce almost made me want to hurl. Onion rings were merely ok. Whatever happened to one of our favorite places? Will not return. I'm still hungry.

I was told 55 minutes for carry out. I went after an hour and waited 20 more minutes. My order was not even cracked and I had to tell the dumb girls at the counter everything I ordered. never again. I can't even stand the sweet sauce on their pizza, it was only getting it for a friend

We had an order delivered, and the pizza was delivered 30 minutes late and cold. The pizza was smeared all over the packaging, and was tasteless. After being put on hold for about ten minutes, I finally spoke with the manager. Never have I spoken to a more rude and careless manager in my life! She kept cutting me off, and even YELLED at me. I have never seen such an abhorrent example of customer service. I will never order from Arrenellos again, and I will make sure that someone above this manager is aware of the disgusting customer service I received.

Good pizza, a sweet sauce that really makes the pizza.

4.5 stars I really like their pizza. Wish they had a deep dish, maybe I just missed it on the menu! YUM

I believe that it is the best pizza that I have ever eaten. The sweet sause is incredible. I drove over from Chicago (home to some of the pizza greats), to get one of these pizzas. I LOVE IT.

My family and I have been ordering from Arrenello's for over 7 years, and up until just a week ago I never had a problem. Their food is awesome, I give them that. However, their customer service is somewhat lacking, I would know I was a restaurant manager for a lengthy period of time. There was a problem on their end with a debit card transaction. Instead of informing me that they messed up, I had to call about 4 days later when it did not go through, even though it was pending before, and then it was nowhere on my account. I had to call again and when I was asking about it I was talked to like it was MY fault. The bank even told me that it was them and they finally admitted to it too. Still, really bad customer service.
