I renamed this center because of the experience I just witnessed. A hot day, kids playing outside getting wet, one child crying all by himself for several minutes until I pointed out the obvious to one worker and then asked her if she would like me to record the event for the mother to see. She was reluctant to try and calm the boy crying, and instead sprayed him with water while he cried. She called for him twice until he turned, stopped crying and reluctantly walked to the worker. She made no sincere effort to console the boy. That experience was disgusting to see, made me so mad. You guys suck!
