HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!! I bought some shingles from them that were a returned special order they had just put back on the shelf. I had no idea they were special order, they weren't marked and no one told me. I needed two more bundles, and retuned to the store to purchase them only to have everyone in the store including managers tell me they don't stock this item and "am I sure I bought them at this store?" I'VE BEEN GOING TO THIS LOWES LONGER THAN SOME OF THESE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN ALIVE! The manager Patrick tells me after looking on his computer that they can't even get any more AT ALL! I call corporate Lowes management and two days later get a call the store asking how they can help me. I demand they find more shingles and they call me back a couple days later saying they magically found some but they'd be $68 a bundle with shipping and I'd have to come to the store and pay IN ADVANCE. I paid $26 a bundle for the first bundles I bought. THEY DON'T CARE AND IT SHOWS, TWO MONTHS LATER I STILL DON'T HAVE MY SHINGLES AND THEY'VE GIVEN ME THREE DIFFERENT DATES WHEN THEY'LL ARRIVE. GOOD BYE LOWES, HELLO HOME DEPOT.

Very bad experience.
donot have them install Fence.
It took complete 4 months to install the fence.
Very poor installation quality.
no proper communication from them when there was a delay.
They left the extra material on Driveway for 30 days.
And also they left a pallet with extra material on lawn beside the driveway and it killed the grass completely.

I have called them 10-15 times in this time span to get updates on what's happening and why is being delayed ao much.

And after all this pain they offer 50$ giftcard from lowes.

I would never comeback to Lowes and neither suggest anyone to go for fence Installation.
