Beeson Hardware company has been providing hardware and lumber for residential, commercial and industrial customers for more than 100 years. The company serves its customers through four divisions: hardware and lumber, industrial products, contract hardware and decorative hardware and plumbing. Its hardware and lumber division carries a wide selection of millwork, interior and exterior doors, composite decking, lumber and building materials. The industrial division is an authorized 3M industrial supplier in North Carolina, and it supplies adhesives, abrasives, bonding and tape materials with more than 30,000 products available. The contract hardware division supplies the commercial industry with bathroom accessories that include stalls, toilets, rails, hinges and frames. The decorative hardware and plumbing division carries a selection of cabinet hardware, decorative sinks and faucets, toilets, tubs and accessories. Beeson Hardware Company is based in High Point, N.C.

Had a good experience getting a price and availability on my product, got it received it in a timely fashion. Was never told of their return policy and when I found out the owner of the building had bought the faucet elsewhere I tried to return to said store and was told at that time they had a 30 day return policy and could not take back the 700$ faucet my company had purchased from them. Be careful they do not stick you with material in the same fashion and way, be aware of their return policies!!

I believe in buying from and supporting local businesses, but I do not recommend Beeson Hardware & Lumber Co to anyone. We took time off of work to visit Beeson and found the entire experience to be a complete waste of time. Upon entering the building, the salesperson approached us and backed us up into a corner area to find out what we needed. I immediately got the impression that the salesperson was not interested in letting us browse around to look at the product displays. I also had the impression that he didn't think we were serious buyers. Having said that, we already knew exactly what we wanted and were ready to place an order that day. We even communicated this to the salesperson more than once, but he was more interested in sending us off with a catalog instead of providing the service we needed. We attempted a phone call to the salesperson to see when he would be available to help us place an order. He never called us back. We decided to move on at that point. Save yourself a trip and look for another company to do business with. On a brighter note, we visited another company in the area and the experience was exactly what we were looking for. From start to finish, this other company has treated us like gold. We placed an order for both exterior front and back doors, lumber for a brand new deck, and also replacement windows. We were even able to browse their product displays with ease. They pride themselves on excellent customer service and it shows. We'll continue to use them for our ongoing needs. My advice is to do your research on company reputations in the area and choose wisely. Stay away from Beeson!
