A Nuzzolese Bros. truck shows up the next day during my peak hours and emptied the old broken freezer, leaving its contents outside and loads it on their truck. The driver tells me they are updating my current ice freezer then proceeds to empty all the ice that I just paid for out of the ice freezer, cuts the cord, leaves an exposed live wire, and removes the freezer. I come out to see how he did and there's all the ice I bought in the past week melting on the sidewalk, no Nuzzolese Bros. truck or driver and no ice freezer. This all happens while I am inside my business helping customers. So now I lost all the money that I paid for ice in the past week and have no ice for my customers .Robert Nuzzolese acted very unprofessional and sneaky. Our messages have not been returned and we have lost our loyalty and trust for Nuzzolese Bros. Ice.
