My mom bought her car from here and I've bought two cars myself from Mike Johnson's Toyota. My most recent was a Used Car i bought for my wife. A little over a month after purchase, a tire separated, with all 3 of my kids in the car! A defect for sure, thing is, they didn't put the tires on the car, the previous owner did... Still... They replaced all 4 tires JUST in case. This dealership has worked with me and around me in order to keep me on the road, within budget, and safe. Justin Johnson is a great sales manager and the two service people you should talk to are Tanner and Cynthia. These two people are very easy to talk to and it's obvious they care about every situation or problem you might have. 3 cars, 3 different stories of countless little things they've done, that they didn't have to do. I'd tell anyone looking to buy or service a car to come here. I've been to Toyota dealers in Statesville and Concord thinking the level would be the same, only to learn it was a far reach from MJT. Go buy one for yourself or go grab some free popcorn and soda and let these guys take care of your service needs.

Couldn't give it any lower than 1 star.....DRIVE AWAY!!! DRIVE AWAY!!!...Predatory Selling in Service Dept to women or the unfamiliar of mechanical issues...Car serviced and other useless services were sold but many issues with what was done....stuff was left unhooked...low fluids that were supposed to be filled...dirty/corroded battery cables that were supposed to be cleaned...Overall just sloppy work and no pride or morals for doing a good job. Car will never go back due to excuses for sloppy work and over charging for work not even done of completed properly...

CHECK the work you ask them to do and Ill Guarantee you find mistakes or corners cut!

I needed a oil and a transmission fluid change on my new truck took it here and they drove it out for a test drive without any oil. Burn my engine and cost thousand of other damage. Told me that it not their fault there wasn't any oil in the truck. Very bad service.

SHAWN MAY WAS EXCELLENT IN SCHEDULING AND GETTING RECALL PERFORMED ON MY 2009 CAMRY. HE IS A TOP NOTCH SERVICE MGR. HE MAKES IT EASY AND A PLEASURE TO GET MY CAR SERVICED WITH MIKE JOHNSON TOYOTA

Own 2008 Hinglander and 2008 corolla, always have serviced at Mikw Johnaon. Assostamt service mgr. at quick service, is one of the nicest person I have ever delt with. Service is quick, no pushing for extras, only what vehicle was brought in for. Thanks,(but names are not one of my strong memory suits) but she will know who I,m speaking of. thanks again.
