The Department consists of five full time officers and a K9. We Enforce Tribal codes, Kansas and Nebraska State Laws and Federal Laws.
The Jurisdiction of the Sac and Fox Police is the Reservation boundaries located in Brown County, Kansas and Richardson County, Nebraska and all lands owned by the Tribe outside the Reservation Boundaries held in Trust by the United States or owned by the Sac and Fox Nation.
