I have to say this is the worst reys pizza ever.. I placed a big order and went to pay it seperatley. the lady had a fit. I told her all she had to do was void and re do it.. IT'S YOUR JOB!! she said I should have said something.. well thats her job.. I dont know how they do in cuba but this is america and customers are usually right. her name was Luz and she got a piece of my mind that's for sure

Its true what the other guy said in his review they want us to speak spanish they're in our country and they want us to speak their language, if not they wont take our order same thing happend to me when i called that restaurant. It's O.K. because i found a better pizza restaurant over on Hialeah Dr and East 5th ave with NY style pizza called Edwin's pizza.

Don't bother calling the W 29th St store if you don't speak spanish. The woman answering the phone "Maria" just hangs up on you. Refuses to try and take your order. I know it is Hialeah but some people still speak english. You should boycott them on principle!
