**Sunset and Westland Medical Center** Thank God that Dr. Alvarez has retired. He is quack with no personality or bedside manners. I saw him several times and he always acted as if I was a new patient. He made several mistakes with my records. His office lost my patient records or specialists notes many times as well. Good riddance to Dr. Alvarez
