I called to get advice and have my septic tank pumped out. Upon arrival, the technician found my tank after damaging my sprinkler system. He couldn't get the tank lid off and proceeded on breaking the corner of it for access. He promptly informed me that my drain field needed replaced for $5500. I had him drain the tank and he charged me $250. 1 month later, the septic backed up again. I called and was quoted $300 to pump it. I asked why I was being charged an extra $50 and was told to find someone else. I called Alligator Septic Service and they were able to tell me exactly where my tank was located by looking it up. They also indicated that I had a two compartment tank with two lids as well as a filter that needed to be cleaned. They indicated that one side of the tank was for solids and was probably full which didn't get pumped out by Caraballo Express, nor was the filter cleaned and was probably clogged. Alligator Septic promptly arrived and knew exactly where my lids were located. When the lids were removed, the solid side of the tank was completely full. The filter was pulled and was completely clogged. Alligator septic explained why the septic was backing up and indicated my drain field was in perfect working order. I had Alligator install easy access lids so I could get to the filter for easy periodic cleaning. Caraballo Express was not being honest with me and was looking for an easy $5500. I'm very pleased with Caraballo Express' service of my Septic Tank. Mr Caraballo was very professional on the phone. Although I did not have an emergency situation he was able to send one of his team to respond the same day to my home (Miami Shores). His Technician Murley, who did the work, was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. The pumping and cleaning of my septic tank was done to my satisfaction from beginning to end. Caraballo Express is professional, proficient, knowledgeable, and thorough as well as reasonably priced. I highly recommend their Services and will use them again.
