Customer service is not their strong suit. They are not reliable they lied and said they cleaned my pool and tried to charge me for it when they did not clean my pool. my pool continues to turn green from them not using chemical. They are not willing to follow any simple instructions to make it more convenient for you. They insist on picking the day of the week to come out and if that's not good for you then oh well. So I had to let them go. Would not recommend. They are just one big headache they clean your pool good once or twice then after that it's all downhill.
