I have had a mortgage with this bank for nearly 3 years. in all that time they have claimed that I never held hazard insurance on my home, when it is practically impossible to close escrow without proof of insurance. So, they have found and consistenly charged me nearly $8000.00 (for a total of nearly$20K) in hazard insurance tacked on to my monthly bill, despite repeated efforts from myself and the insurance company faxing and phoning them with proof. Since I witheld the insurance amount from my bill and paid the remainder of my mortgage, they claim I am in arears and falling behind. They keep me on hold for hours and/or do not answer their phones inorder to drive my will down to deal with this mess. I STRONGLY CAUTION ANYONE AGAINST USING THIS BANK FOR ANY SERVICES. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND I AM NOT ALONE IN THIS INSURANCE SCAM OF THEIRS!!
