I made an appointment for an estimate with Marcela of Angelini Metal Works. The appointment was at three p.m. on Saturday March 7, 2015. Marcela did not show up to the appointment neither call me to let me know she was not coming. At 3.30 p.m. I called Marcela twice at (305) 716-8676 to find out if she was coming to the appointment we have made a week ago and confirmed two days ago and nobody answered the phone. Now it is 4;40 p.m. and Marcela has not called me with an explanation why she left me waiting for her without a reason. I will certainly not contact Angelinis Metal Works. Unreliable. Imagine !!! This is the first contact and already lack of professionalism. What to expect ????

Do not do business with this company!!!!! You will be left with an unfinished installation! It's been 4 months and I finally got a company to come out and fix the mess that was left behind...my walls were cracked inside and out, the threshold was not finished by them so I've had a gap for months, been using towels to keep the critters out, and they even destroyed the door frame! Basically you pay $6000.00 for doors and you get destruction that costs you even more money to fix! Btw, the wife, Marcella is super rude she'll ignore your messages, won't return calls, and basically thinks she's doing you a favor by taking your call. This was a terrible experience!!!!!!
