Provided by YP.comTrailer I custom ordered came in without my upgraded window slats and fender was DAMAGED from Flat Rock unloading it.. No apologies from seller even though the missing upgrade and damage was their fault. Had to re-order another trailer and wait. The 2nd trailer has no safety chain on escape door. Owner won't call back or make appointment to install $40 chain. Had to wait 2 months for a trailer that is unsafe and not complete.
With a salesman grin he said he "can't have too many customers like us".
Very disappointed with customer service. I will not be back.
