If you value your vehicle, go somewhere else. I have been going here since the place opened 10 years ago and it was one of the last car washes I would still trust with my car. Recently I took my brand new 2013 Audi A4 through the wash and the car got stuck at the end of conveyor. The staff motioned me to drive forward and when I did, something caught the rear mudguard and pulled it and the corner of the bumper right off. $1500 in damage and a new bumper required. The staff and owner immediately blamed me and refused to do anything about it. I had to file a police report, go through insurance etc. and fight them every step of the way. Again, if you care about your car and want a business that will stand behind their work, go somewhere else.
