An item of mine with a Track # 92612904852072551020541639 was delivered to this post office. Two postal workers, Jojo n Mathias informed me they would talk to the carrier. After 5 visits they informed me that they would not locate my item. Shame on this post office!

Wow, They Have The Best Service I've Ever Experienced, Amazed By Them More And More Everytime I Go. So Satisfied.

No one answers the phone number given. It is answered by Verizon stating the business is not taking calls at this time...REALLY! It's a business and your suppose to answer your phone during business hours. I am trtrying to find my package and can't get ahold of anyone! UGH!

COMPLETE IDIOTS at this place! Very unprofessional and rude. For Professionalism i marked 1 star because you have to put stars in otherwise it would be a negative 10 stars. Horrible service here!

This is the worst mail service I have experienced in over 50 years! Missing important mail all the time.I don't know what kind of qualifications you need to become a postman for Hesperia but my two year old grandson could do a better job! This is a serious problem!!!

Very bad place, experiencing mail theft and personnel will not investigate or assume responsibility.

Very friendly, helpful and there are almost never any lines.

The people who work at this postal annex are very helpful and as a busy person on the go I like that there are never lines long enough to annoy. While they only do usps they are are always willing to help as much as they can! Much nicer then the main post office!
