We just switched to All Friends (after a bad experience with our previous pet sitting company) and we are so glad we chose All Friends. First of all, I was impressed with their website - you can see photos of most of the pet sitters. we were only gone over the long 4th of July weekend but we felt comfortable with the sitter who was to check on our cat. We met her during a previsit meeting when we gave her the keys and showed her where to find the litter box and reviewed our cat's food requirements. I emailed her the night before we left and she immediately responded, letting me know she was putting her keys together in preparation for the visits she'd be making. They bring in the mail, will water flowers, if you request it. I liked the way my first call to the company was handled as well. So all in all, I'm very impressed with All Friends and highly recommend it to others.
