All they care about is your wallet, not your furry beloveds. My dog needs medical care and I was trying to get what it would cost, they were very vague, When I said I was inquiring because I don't have a lot of money they told me they have nothing for me and said to go someplace else.

These people truly care about what they do. I would not choose any other place to go to for my dog and cats and that's saying something, because I live all the way in the east-side of Webster!

I’m an owner of multiple dogs, and have been a client of Henrietta Animal Hospital since 2000. Dr. Brownstein and her staff are courteous, efficient and knowledgeable, and it’s clear that this office keeps up to date regarding the practice of veterinary medicine. I never feel rushed during appointments, and my questions are always addressed. Dr. Brownstein recently helped me set up compassionate end-of-life home care for a terminally ill dog, so that he could spend his last days with his family, and was extremely supportive at this painful time. This is a 5 star practice!
