Well, I usually love to shop in that store, but after my experience today we may not be back. My daughter wanted a True Love Waits ring. We went in (she wasn't sure exactly which size so she bought the bigger size thinking ahead) we bought the ring. Well, we get in the car noticing it was a tad bit big. Ran an errand and decided we would switch the size. This ring comes in a little black bag attached to a black ribbon. So I take everything into the store explains to the clerk as to why I am switching. The manager comes up (I thought that was weird) and says ok, where is the little black ribbon that goes with the ring and the little black bag. I said "I don't know, I thought everything was in there" and he says he can't return at full price since the ribbon wasn't there. I went to my car and looked, came back in, We couldn't find the ribbon. The other manager explains that "NEXT TIME" if everything isn't there they wouldn't be able to switch it. I explained that I had no reason to keep the ribbon and if I found it I would definetly return it. I thought this was a little rude considering I had purchased an item? Keep in mind this is a christian book store.
