Would be negative stars if an option. "T" was the manager for a house we rented through Encore Realty. He was disorganized, failed to have the house ready on the agreed date (with three weeks notice) and wouldn't answer or return calls on the move in date, leaving us homeless with movers waiting. Then he failed to correct multiple problems including a green, sludge pool and became very aggressive while threatening to try and cancel our lease after pointing out the problems. He also managed upgrades to the property poorly. The landscaping has no weed block under the rocks, the kitchen is poorly fit granite tile (not solid) and the wood floors are cheap with multiple edges that aren't finished or trimmed correctly...buyer beware!
