I had sent in some garments for dry cleaning and they had accessories attached to them. When I got them back, the accessories were gone, and I had called them trying to look for my accessories, and the woman was very rude and unhelpful. She basically told me that "she'll see what she could do" and hung up on me without even asking for my number to contact me if anything was found. I called back to give them my number, just in case, but of course I already knew they wouldn't do more than pick at their fingernails. Never again.

I paid this company to process my dry cleaning. My clothing was lost and I was told, "what do you want us to do?" by the unusually rude male service clerk. I stated to him that he could start by finding my clothing. His customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE so I left the store. After several wks, I was told that they would finally credit my account for 10 times of the cost of the cleaning. That means that a brand new shirt was now worth a little over $15.00 in the form of a store credit. Yea, that's what I'm going to use! I am sooo glad this did not happen to my $500.00 suits!! I would have been given roughly $40-50.00 for a suit! That is completely ridiculous. It should be noted that future customers should ask about this company's lost item policy. Any sensible person would not leave their expensive clothing items based upon their policy. AND, I hope that I can spare them the unusually rude and unprofessional customer service. It was truly something else..
