I could tell by my 40 min conversation that Eloff knows how to treat people and knows how to market and sell homes. I followed his instructions and had his crew of handymen and landscapers made the necessary repairs to get my home in sell ready condition. My home was listed and under contract in less than a week.

I found Eloff and he had great reviews so I gave him a shot. Let me tell you I was not disappointed. He listened to my needs and volunteered to take care of loose ends to help me sell my property as I lived out of town. His team was SUPERIOR!!! Two things I really liked the most about Eloff is that he treats you like a friend for one and second, he is always following up with you to keep you up to date. Never did I have to call him to find out what's going on. I trust Eloff without question and hope to do business with him again in the future. If you need the best realtor in town, call Eloff!

I just purchased my first house with Eloff and he was great to work with. He was extremely helpful in working with my boyfriend and I in finding a house with very specific parameters. Financing and such with a first time homebuyer isn’t easy, but Eloff is a pro and knew exactly what we needed to do. We were able to find a great starter home and move in before the New Year! We are so excited to spend Christmas in our new place, and have already given Eloff’s contact information to friends. He is the best, give him a call if you are looking to buy in Las Vegas!

I loved working with Eloff!!! He is so easy to work with, always responded quickly, and genuinely cared about our family. I purchased a condo in Henderson NV for an investment property. I hired Eloff to manage my property and take care of all of the landlord duties that can be overwhelming to me. Since day 1 he has been on top of things in such a professional manner. He listed my place for rent and found a great tenant for me, screened them, collected security deposits and secured a 2 year lease for me. The rent is paid on time, all repair requests are handled immediately and both the tenant and I are happy. What more could you ask for in a property manager? In the future when I plan to sell Eloff will be my agent as well. I am so happy to have found a great property manager and genuine person to handle my real estate investment. I own an investment property that I had Eloff take over the property management from another company. The property was in shambles due to the other company not doing a good job. Eloff did an amazing job at getting the home rent ready and on the market. When I seen the before and after pictures he sent me I was blown away. We were in need of someone that could guide us in the right direction to find a home that has good schools in its vicinity and room for some positive equity growth in the future. My wife and I interviewed 3 agents and we let each know that we would be making our decision amongst 3 agents based upon our comfort level and interaction with each.
