If I could give 0 stars I would. Buyer beware if you are purchasing from Lowe's and these people are your contractor. I have been waiting and waiting. First they never called after Lowe's sent them my information. I had to go back to Lowe's and have them contact them with my information again. I finally received a call to schedule my initial appointment for them to measure. I was not surprised when they told me the first time they could come out was almost 2 weeks. The only part that went good was when they sent Mark out to measure. He was knowledgeable, friendly, quick and to the point. I had debated going somewhere else at this point but because of Mark I decided to give them another shot. Well here we are a month later and they have there heads so far up there _ _ _! That they miss marked my name on someone elses material and have no clue when mine will be in or when I might possibly have them installed. Lowes refunded my money thank god! Back to square one Thanks Desert Eagle! Horrible Horrible! The girls in your office have no clue whats going on!!!!!
