Bonnie handled our mother's flowers for her funeral. The orders came from all over the country and she was able to handle the whole thing. The pieces were beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Excellent service with a home town touch. I soon after ordered flowers for prom and the flowers, again where beautiful.

So im in Michigan, my fiance is there, lonely and extremely home sick... tho il be there the following Monday i wish i could just give hi m a hug and a kiss today and say it will all be fine... Of course I couldn't do that from this far away, so i decided to say it with flowers... When calling around all the florist said they couldn't deliver due to it being valentine weekend, til I got to bonnies told them my story and they were very eager to help make the love of my life have a better day and got on it right away and put together a beautiful arrangement, a balloon and a bear at last minute. I'll be moving to henderson in a couple of months, and it looks like ive got a florist for all occasions...Thanks Bonnie and Staff.....Far and in love......

I live in Conn and use Bonnie whenever I need to send flowers to my Mother in Henderson. This is about 6 or 7 times a year. Bonnie never fails to deliver the best flowers at a reasonable price. I highly reccomend her.

I purchased a previewed bouquet for my mom. It ended up having less roses in it...by half than the picture showed. I ordered from out of state. I called to see what they would do to "rectify" it. Talked to Bonnie herself...she said she did the order by "sprigs"...not the "heads" of the flowers. Last time I checked roses came by one stalk/head. She just talked nonsense, and was really irritated with me over the phone. Poor customer service...PERIOD. And NOT what I wanted for my mom's birthday. Go somewhere else for good flowers/arrangements..this place isn't worth it!

This is the worst service I have ever tried to purchase. Thank God they messed up so much and so often. I ordered a Christmas arrangement on the 21st of Dec. for delivery on the 23rd or 24th. Was told this would be no problem. There right it was no problem, for them they just did not do anything. Except try to send the order back to me in Ohio. Then finally on the 28 of Dec. they tried to deliver the order, I guess they realized the order was for there own city. No Thank you this place is totally unprofessional and shows no kind of customer courtesy.

If you Like great flowers and aw-some deliveries go to Bonnies.

Bonnies floral is a terrible business and thier customer service is even worse.I ordered some flowers for my 70 year old Mother. My Mother called me and told me Bonnie was rude to her and canceled our order. This upset my mother very much. I tried to call Bonnies Floral for several days and did not get an answer. When I did get in contact with them Bonnie was very rude to me. I asked what was going on down there and she called me an a-hole(only the real word) and hung up on me. I am still waiting for my credit card to be credited.

My son ordered flowers from Bonnies for Mothers Day. I was out of town on Sat. received a call on my cell phone asking when I would be home. I said midafternoon on Sun. I should call when I get home. When I got home there were 2 calls on my phone ranting and raving. I immediatly called back, talked to a man, gave him my information. Bonnie had stated she wanted to be out of there by 1:00. At 1:45 I called again to see if my flowers would be delivered that day. She againn ranted and raved about working her long hrs. I said I didn't see how that was my fault. She cancelled my order. My son called her to see about his refund. She told him I yelled at her and called him a name and hung up.

I have been using Bonnie's for several years. Being in Conn, I need someone I can trust because I send flowers to my Mom several times a year. Bonnie ALWAYS goes the extra mile for me. I wish we had someone this good locally. Ken Thomas

I called from out of state, I told them I wanted to spend $100 on a large arrangment with vase to have delivered the next day.They called my mom the next morning and when she wasn't home she got a message she would not get her flowers until the next day.When my mom called and gave me the news I called and asked them to make a 2nd attempt.It was still hours before they closed.I was rudely told that they are not in a state like mine and they are too busy.I called at 11am the next day and the flowers still weren't delivered.My mom (in the same town as them) called them and they got rude with her on the phone to the point she was so offended she cancelled the order.They told me I need to understand, they are too busy to service everyone because they work in such a large town.They should have told me that before I spent the $100! Now I have to wait 7-10 business days before I can have my money back.I am warning you not to leave your or your loved ones special days in this business's hands!

I have gotten flowers from Bonnie a few times and everytime the people in the store were exceptional, and always are so helpful. I can't forget to mention the flowers are always stunning!
