Yesterday I had a surgical procedure done & had a driver I was not allowed to drive due to being put under On The way home stopped through the drive thru & ordered a cheese burger & fries with no dressing on the burger. I got home & it was soaked with the dressing & no cheese & fries cold I called & they said bring the burger back and they would fix it. I explained I could not drive doctor's orders due my my being put under & my driver left so they said they would put my name in the book to replace it. I went back the next day and was told NO! They said you were supposed to bring it back so I explained to the lady & she said Daniel the mgr. said if I came in don't do it. I guess they rather have you go against doctors orders & get into a car accident to bring back the burger..I even had my discharge papers from the hospital. They don't care. Talk about lousy customer service over a cheese burger Also shared story with my friends uncle on the city council & the hospital. Buyer Beware!!
