It was horrible this past month as a couponer i do deals with little out of pocket to donate to the homeless and this employee shelley was the worst customer service ever!!!she turned me away because I have black and whote coupons from coupons.com and i did call corporate and they called and told them to accpet all types of coupons that are legal. And i went again and she did the same thing..!!! They really need to have their employees take a coupon class to show them that regardless the coupons being black and white to color or start out of the news paper they they should know they work. This stagg had the nerve to talk to other clinets calling me a fruad and thats jist wrong. I really hope they do something about this.
