Never had bad service or food, way less crowded at lunch. Overall great place to eat.

Worst "corporate" restaurant i...

Worst "corporate" restaurant in Hemet, the best thing that could happen to this place would be an all-consuming conflagration in the middle of thi night. General Manager "Ton-a" has all of the managerial ethics of a prostitute on Palm Ave. She sacrifices the quality of the food service just to turn in a pretty balance sheet to the corporate office. She has absolutely no people skills and feigns righteous indignation at the mere suggestion of better management practices. Chilis needs to fire this person from the human race.
