I was basically asked to leave the the Wednesday 7:00 AM class by Judy---she was quite rude and initially asked another student to instruct me in placing the blankets and how to execute the ascent on to the ropes. Prior to that she said " Well you probably will not have time as they are almost finished with that" I felt she was not spiritual and what is yoga but a communion of BODY, MIND and SPIRIT. She was a negative unhelpful person and I will always remember that when thinking of Iyengar Yoga in Helena! I will never return to Northern Lights Yoga!!! Later that morning I visited another Iyengar studio and had a positive experience with a loving kind person named Kelly who acknowledged me and my 22 years of practice. Respectfully, Patty
