Very nice team, and very helpful.

They did a great job in an efficient manner. They were upfront with cost and suggestions on maintance with no pressure, have always had a great experience with Jiffy.

Never do business here again. Took my college student's VW to Jiffy Lube in Helena as she has taken to Jiffy Lube in Bozeman in the past for oil change with great service. Helena Jiffy Lube doesnt have tools to remove and replace the VW oil filter, was given the part and told to take it to the "jetta place" which would mean more time and expense. Was charged $75 for the oil that was changed, super special VW oil that they put in...was not told of this prior and have not been charged mroe than $45 for oil change at Jiffy Lube in Bozeman just 3 months ago. Called and spoke to manager who insulted me and could have cared less that I was extremely disappointed and unhappy that I paid double for less than full service. Merry Christmas you greedy grinches!
