The owner, Alan, is the nicest guy you'll ever hate. He gives you a whole list of excuses why your boat isn't ready, but always has a smile. When I brought my boat in I was told he would start on it early the next week. 1 month later it's still not done, and it was simple stuff. Don't waist your time with this guy. He either needs to hire more help or retire. The empty promises gets old fast.
