Adult and Child Counseling

William Evans, LCSW, Board Certified Diplomate, started a wonderful thing at Adult and Child. I believe it has been providing services to this community for near 40 years, but don't quote me. Dr. Bailey Molineax, former Professor of Psychology at Carroll was so good to know, to see how sharp he was, his depth of knowledge, Liz, Allison, Marcia, Wayne. I was so happy to be a part of it as its only Licensed Addiction Counselor. What a great balance of service Bill offers.
