Extremely professional and straightforward. Honest, fair, with great customer service. We just moved to the area and it's always difficult to find an honest mechanic in a new area, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Tim and his crew have been working on our vehicles for about the last 5 years. He does such great work I've paid as much as $130 to have my car towed to his shop. That's IN ADDITION to what my road service coverage pays!
