At this point worst experience I've had with a well pump company! Mainly because of Bob the owner was extremely rude and very unprofessional when I had a concern about getting a bill that should have been covered under a part warranty. I was told by Christy over the phone and then staller when he came out that if the well was shutting off because of the control module that they just installed a couple months prior it would be covered by warranty. But Bob got on the phone and in a extremely rude manner and asked what do you want me to do about it I said well cover it under warranty and then he proceeded to say he's been in this business for 40 some-odd years and that because you have an old tank and it's probably waterlogged that caused the control box to fail! But as I stuck up for myself because I know enough about pump systems to do maintenance so my older galvanized tank wouldn't get waterlogged and I told him that I recently just did that and that was also done a couple months prior when his guys came out and fixed the system that is not the case. At that point Bob began to cuss and complained about his installers coming out on free time to fix their work, then told me don't call them and never do business with him again! all this did start out with just a leak in the pump line. Which the system worked fine before and work fine after up until the new control box capacitor that they installed went bad? And the only reason they talked me into replacing that electrical control box in the first place was because it did have some corrosion on it and we're very insistent on it needing to be replaced. All of that so far which really was just the control box and fixing a leak has changed me over $1,000 :(

Do not use this company!! In my opinion, these people are unethical. The office staff and hired workers were very nice, but we feel we were cheated. We bought a re-built pump personally from the owner for $1,200.00 about a year ago. The pump was not re-built correctly, and failed less than a year later. The staff quoted us $150.00 for repair. When we took the pump in to be repaired, the staff again quoted us $150.00 for repair. The owner came out and when he recognized the pump, he raised the repair price to $400.00. The staff told us that generally, they have these pumps in stock and when they need to make a repair, they just trade out the pumps, plus $150.00. They did not have any replacement pumps at the time, and realizing the pumps were in short supply the owner arbitrarily raised the repair cost to $400.00 and refused to stand behind his product. This is very bad business practice and very bad customer service.

These guys really know what that they are doing. Installed a solar pump on our ranch in Hopland. Very nice and professional crew. Shared a lot of good advise. They were referred by Real Goods, where we bought our pump.
