Terrible! We bought a bed set in December and noticed that the bed frame was saging. So we lifted up the matress to find broken wooden slats, missing screws and the supports weren't attached. I called to complain and the guy said, it's been a couple months I don't know what happened to the frame! Don't buy from this place!

Terrible customer service! We received the wrong boxspring with our order and when we went to tell them the issue, they called us liars and just wanted to argue. They claim they have been doing this for 35 years, however they do not know that the "top of the line" mattress they sold us needs a low profile boxspring with the bedroom set we ordered. Once they have your money they do not care. We were told at the time of the sale, which we paid for in full, that everything will be in within 2 to 4 weeks. We received our last piece 2 months later. They never responded to the BBB. I would not recommend this place to anyone. After we ordered our furniture, we heard other stories from people who had problems with them. No matter what circumstances, like the furniture wasn't in when promised, they will not let you cancel your order!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Got an entertainment center Glass door was damaged upon delivery. I have been waiting for a replacement part for over 6 weeks. The manufacturer will not send me parts as I must go through a "DEALER". I just found out that the parts warehouse is about 30 min. from Beltran furniture all they have to do is go pick it up as the manufacturer does not ship glass parts. BUT I guess they don't have time to do it . Once they get your money you are on your own.
