We were pleased to have such a professional and wonderful experience with Mr. Coleman and his company. After making calls to a few other companies, who were rude, overly priced, and were seemingly on the verge of harrasssing us at all hours to make the sale, it was a wonderful experience to know that Mr. Coleman was willing to meet us on our time, and to give us a very easy to understand explination of the cost and work detail, He provided us with all of his credintials and up front with numbers of to confirm his insurance etc.

His price was very affordable and the crew that installed our roof was very poiite, professional and took the time to make sure that everything was installed and all debris was cleaned up. Mr. Coleman personally came out and did a follow up with us and did a walk through to make sure that the grounds and our landscaping was free of all debris.

The warranty he gives is better than some of the other companies we talked to, He not only covers the work, but he includes damages due to severe winds. Which we did call after a storm back in March, we were concerened about the roof as our neighbors had taken much damage, Mr. Coleman had two men out the next day to inspect for damages. We were fortunate that we had not had any. WE apologized for any trouble, and the men and Mr. Coleman all said " its all part of our service, feel free to call anytime with any concerns or questions." This is what gets a five star rating. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and Very Professional and Quality work. Well Done and best of luck to Mr. Coleman and his wonderful crews.
