My mail delivery for the last 2 years has been horrid. Packages have been lost. I am going to e-bills since my bills are NOT delivered and then I get charged LATE fees. There always "looking into it". For 25 years I had excellent service from Fran and Deb, then Deb retired. It's down right dangerous to have the mail so screwed up.

Horrible customer service. Not even a manager is knowledgeable enough in assisting in the simplest matters,

The people are uncooperative and uninformed. Awful experience getting a passport.

Is the Lady at the counter putting her finger on the scale? I just mailed the same item to the same address and was charged $5.04 more. Second package was $2.75 over what it should of cost. If she doesn't like her job ( by the expression on her face), quit! There is lots of people who would love a job. Unless you got money to throw away, go to the post office on Mound Rd. in Warren.
