This place is the worst procrastinator in history of glass replacement that I have ever dealt with. First phone call said would be there that day and have it installed. Never showed. Then because it rained the next door, they couldn't come, even though there is a complete overhang over the replacement door. Next day, Saturday and Sunday not opened. Then Monday, we had to call, ironically they now do not have the glass in stock, due in on Tuesday, so no show again. Then after we called twice with no answer, finally on third attempt, the girl answered and said he would be there sometime today and she would call around 3:30p. Called at 3:45 and said he would have to come to the shop and pick up the glass and she would call when he was on his way. At 4:30 she called and said he was on his way, but she would be coming to pick up the 2nd payment before job was completed. Like Hell no. Not until the job is completed. Still waiting to find out whether he shows up and whether she shows up for payment before job completed. Never saw a company that worked in this way. I would not recommend them for any glass replacement job.

Never ever use these guys. Their service is the worst. You'd bebetter off doing it yourself. They're rude and sloppy and they use used product. Stay away at all costs!!!
