I ordered scooter trailer 1.5 month ago. They told it would be shipped in 4-6 weeks or I can cancel the order. I waited 6 weeks, no shipment was made, I called in and they told they do not have it in stock. However, they still sell it on their website for much higher price. I requested order cancellation and refund. Mary Lumpkin stated that refund is on the way, it is processing. It was paid by PayPal and literally refund on PayPal takes about 30 seconds if not less. No refund, no order. Very rude person answers the phone. What else do you need to get irritated with a company? I will have to start claims and negative feedbacks against this crooks. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM BEFORE READING REVIEWS !!!

We ordered an all-terrain wheelchair from this company including the 'white glove set-up'. The all-terrain wheelchair was delivered 14 weeks after ordering (they said it would be 8-10 weeks.) The 'white set-up' was only available on Sunday because the guy had another job. The white glove set-up included driving the wheelchair in the back of a pick-up truck in the rain, dropping it off without attaching any of the accessories and leaving. This 10 minute set-up cost $794.

When calling the company to complain about their service I was told they would refund the money then a day later got a call from the owner of the company Mike Woods. Mike said his guy said they gave us the 'white glove set-up' and that he would not be refunding the money. Long story short he called my client argued with her and finally said he would refund the money but not before things got very ugly.

After doing a bit more research on this company it turns out Michael Woods owned a company called 'Planet Mobility' and was arrested for fraud in 2012. My experience 5 years ago with Planet Mobility was spending $500 for a product that never arrived then they refused to return my money so I had to dispute it on my credit card bill to get the charge removed.

Stay away from this company, the owner is unethical and a cheat. Look at other reviews online you will see similar stories. Beware!

I recently acquired a Lexis scooter. It is easy to fold up, hard to steer scooter. So called free items were very interesting. Such as a front basket, rear basket cane holder, cup holder etc. The problem with the so called freebys, I was advise on the phone I had to use my imagination on installing. While aboard a ship the knob came off the restate. Fortunately I had a small tool kit that allowed me to to adjust the restate. I still have the knob. On returning from the trip I called for a replacement knob, and was advised that the warranty did not include the knob. " if the restat was broken the warranty would apply. I supposedly got a two year warranty with the scooter, but now question that.

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH MY NEW EW-36, IT ARRIVED A DAY EARLY, IT WAS NOT HARD TO UNPACK, THE DRIVER WAS VERY HELPFULL AND CURTIOUS, THE COLOR 'SOUR APPLE GREEN" WAS BETTER THAN I'D HOPED. AND I REACHED 22 MPH RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX. WELL DONE MICHEAL I WILL BE BRAGGING TO EVERYONE ABOUGHT THE SERVICE.

I am an independent contractor hired to perform some repairs on a chair that was acting up. I contacted the customer, set up the appointment and showed up on time. Spent almost 3 hours analyzing the problem, reported it back to Mary Lumpkin (my contact). Issued my invoice. After several attempts via phone and email no-one will respond. Do NOT perform service work for this company. They sound great on the phone and emails are very professional but it ends there.

I have nothing to say about this company other than they have been excellent to work with. Answered all my questions patiently and competently. When we were ready to order my new Luggie Scooter they once again exemplified great customer service. Gave me date and mode of delivery and they were right on target. Scooter was incredibly well packed and undamaged as well as on time. When I contacted them as two accessories were missing they were once again pleasant and courteous. Would happily do business with them once again. Too soon to have any other service issues, but I'll be sure to update if anything occurs.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! BUYER BEWARE!! I fully believe that this is a scam company. I bought my mom their Lexis Light foldable scooter back in Oct of last year. Supposedly with a warranty. Welp a few months ago the scooter decided to stop working. We took it to a local scooter mechanic that didnt sell this brand but said they would help us out. Ive had problems in the past with them trying to get "free stuff" that the scooter worth almost $1600 shouldve included. After about 2 or 3 phone calls and emails we never received the items we were supposed to so I gave up. I didnt even want to deal with them about a broken part. The scooter tech by us that knows scooters inside and out said the gears were stripped and he will help take care of it. Later that day (or the next I forgot) He said he had spoken to someone from Discover My Mobility and they said to return that part to them and they will look at it and send him the new part. He agreed as this is normal procedure and because its still under warranty said that they should more than likely replace it with not additional cost to us. Well today we come to find out that they have given out scooter tech a hard time. First told him they never received it when he had a signature upon delivery and are now stating that the part was damaged by a liquid. He said that it wasnt that the gears were clearly stripped on it and they denied that. To replace would cost another $400 which I REFUSE to give this company anymore of our hard in $$$ $1600 down the toilet what a waste! Plus I had to buy my mom another scooter for the time being which cost almost another $900! My mom told the tech to trash the scooter but if he didnt Im taking it to the media out here!
