I went to get contacts 2 months ago. I was told they didn't have my prescription in stock and that they would order and they should be there in a couple of weeks. 2 months later I finally get a call that they have them. I was unfortunately out of town for the holiday. I go on a Tuesday at 1 pm the following week, the office is closed. I called the Madison office and was told that "maybe" someone would be there tomorrow and that they would call if they were. If you need contacts in a reasonable amount of time I don't suggest this place. The Optometrist was very nice and professional but the rest of the staff is terrible.

Professional and friendly service. Recommend.
