As an past employee of Csl Plasma I can say working in the hazel crest location has been a great experience for me. Although no company is perfect nor are the employees they hire. If I choose to donate my plasma I would certainly go to the hazel crest location. Because I know if I walk in the center in a postive and mild manner more than likely my whole experience will be the same. Now however if I by chance connect with an individual who is not so polite or professional I know I can ask for a higher authority. And it would be handle devote an in order. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Came to this place as soon as it open and it was a line and people actually running to the door in front of others. No organization at all. This is my first time coming to donate plasma and they tell me it's a three hour wait. This place isn't professional nor organized and it's more talking than working. With the load of people that's here the time they spend talking to each other could potentially be time for at least 4 completed donations. The priority of this is at the door I see. Because if it's a letter and number missing out of any of your information they turning you around at the door. The place is not a good place to come. Makes me question If they are handling the samples correctly. Last time I checked flirting with potential donors are grounds for termination. But I guess that's ok here in CSL on 183rd and kedzie.

Extremely nice facility. Very clean and organized. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. It seems the Managers are always available to address any issues or concerns...The wait your first time can be a little long, but its smooth sailing every visit after that!! Overall, a pleasant experience!
