Jane Xiang was very helpful and quickly took care of my Sony Vaio (it is about 5 years old now) which had a broken DC Jack, a very common problem that Johnson Computers seems to deal with a lot. They were able to diagnose the jack problem and fix it in about 2 hours total, and it cost a reasonable price. Thank you for your quick service (even on a Saturday) and low price.

My Macbook pro was spilled water and not working anymore, went to Union City Best Buy, they told me to just go to Johnson Computer direct, because the repair in Bustbuy takes long time and costs more, so I decided to try out Johnson, and it did work, they repaired my motherboard in 2 days, what a deal, highly recommend

I called and told Jane the problem I was having with my computer and she know instantly what was wrong with it. She told me bring it in this morning and I will fix it by this afternoon. I brought it in about 10:30am and I got a call about 1:30pm telling me it has been fixed.

Dell Computer mis-diagnoised my problem twice and the wanted me to send my computer in and they would be able to find out what was wrong with it.
